AFIFAH BINTI HAJI OMAR
General Manager of KEDA
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Malaysia Madani and Prosperous Rural Greetings.
I would like to express my gratitude to all visitors of the KEDA Official Website. This website serves as a platform for KEDA to connect with employees, employers, other stakeholders, and the general public. Congratulations are also extended to the Portal/Website Management Working Committee for their excellence in managing this website.
As the General Manager, I would like to express my highest appreciation and gratitude to the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) for the assistance and support provided to KEDA. Through this website, KEDA can interact with the community locally and globally, while introducing our functions, organizational structure, and activities to all visitors.
Our focus is clear: to ensure every development project and socio-economic program reaches the target groups directly without leakages. KEDA is currently intensifying efforts to streamline its service delivery system. We recognize that the public requires services that are fast, friendly, and efficient.
Therefore, KEDA is committed to reducing bureaucracy and simplifying processes through digital technology adaptation. This website serves not only as an information portal but as a medium for two-way interaction between KEDA and our customers.
To all KEDA staff, let us work as a unified team. The strength of this organization lies not in individuals, but in our collective unity and dedication to our trust. Apply the values of “Fast, Accurate, and Integrity” in every daily task.
I welcome any constructive feedback and suggestions from visitors to improve our service quality. KEDA’s doors are always open to listen to the heartbeat of the rural community.
May our noble efforts be blessed by Allah SWT and provide lasting benefits to the people of Kedah.
Thank you.
