KEDA ICT Security Policy Version 3.0
The KEDA ICT Security Policy (DKICT) Version 3.0, which came into effect on 3 January 2021, was formulated to ensure that the management and use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) assets at the Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA) are carried out in a secure, controlled, and effective manner, in line with the MAMPU ICT Security Policy.This policy aims to ensure the continuity of KEDA’s operations by minimising the risks and impacts of ICT security incidents, while protecting the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity of information and systems in use. The scope of the KEDA DKICT covers all ICT assets, including hardware, software, services, data, information, human resources, and premises that support KEDA’s operations.The KEDA DKICT establishes ICT security principles, governance structures, as well as the roles and responsibilities of management, ICT officers, users, and third parties. It also encompasses requirements for physical, logical, and administrative security controls, risk management, ICT security incident handling, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.Implementation and compliance with the KEDA DKICT are mandatory for all KEDA personnel and stakeholders. This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with technological advancements and current security requirements.

The documents must be fully completed and submitted together with copies of the relevant supporting documents.
Applications received after the closing date will not be considered. KEDA is not bound to accept the lowest or any offer.

6. On the Password Reset screen, enter your new password and click “SUBMIT” to confirm the changes.

KEDA Chairman Engages with Residents at Desa KEDA Derang
POKOK SENA – The Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA) reached out to the residents of Desa KEDA Derang through the KEDA Chairman’s Visit Programme with Residents of KEDA Villages Zone 3, Pendang/Pokok Sena, which was held here yesterday.
Three KEDA villages were visited by the KEDA Chairman, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Diraja Mahdzir bin Khalid, with Desa KEDA Derang being the final stop of the programme.
Also present were the General Manager, YBhg. Puan Hajah Afifah binti Haji Omar; Advisor for KEDA Programmes and Activities for the Pokok Sena Parliamentary Constituency, YBhg. Dato’ Syed Ali bin Syed Rastan; Community Development Manager, Mr Mohd Azam bin Omar; Property and Infrastructure Manager, Mr Rojani bin Romeli; and Zone 3 KEDA Development Officer, Mr Hafiz bin Ahmad.
During the programme, a resident of Desa KEDA Derang received a land title grant as a symbol of KEDA’s commitment to safeguarding the well-being and land ownership rights of village residents.
In addition, KEDA also delivered a contribution of 20 bags of rice to the Federal Village Security Committee (JPKKP) of Desa KEDA Derang as an effort to ease the burden of the local community.
The programme continued with a Ziarah Kasih visit to five households, aimed at engaging with residents and gaining a closer understanding of their conditions and needs, in line with KEDA’s aspiration to stay close to the people at the grassroots level.
Programmes such as this reflect KEDA’s ongoing concern and commitment in ensuring that the welfare and social development of village residents continue to receive due attention.

KEDA Continues Its Commitment to the Social Welfare of Desa KEDA Bendang Perang Residents
POKOK SENA – The Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA) remains committed to safeguarding the welfare and social well-being of KEDA Village residents through the delivery of various forms of assistance to the residents of Desa KEDA Bendang Perang in conjunction with the KEDA Chairman’s Visit Programme with Residents of KEDA Villages Zone 3, Pendang/Pokok Sena, held here yesterday.
Among the assistance delivered were the contribution of 20 bags of rice to the Village Development and Security Committee (JKKP) and asnaf beneficiaries, Economic Assistance under the Income Enhancement Programme (PPP) and PIKAT, a site visit to the SPIKE project, the handover of a Sejati MADANI contribution in the form of a backhoe machine, the handover of K-Home keys, as well as the Ziarah Kasih Programme involving five households in Desa KEDA Bendang Perang.
The assistance handover ceremony was officiated by the KEDA Chairman, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Diraja Mahdzir bin Khalid, together with the KEDA General Manager, YBhg. Puan Hajah Afifah binti Haji Omar.
Also present were the Advisor for KEDA Programmes and Activities for the Pokok Sena Parliamentary Constituency, YBhg. Dato’ Said Ali bin Syed Rastan; Community Development Manager, Mr Mohd Azam bin Omar; Property and Infrastructure Manager, Mr Rojani Romeli; Zone 3 Development Officer for Pendang/Pokok Sena, Mr Mohd Hafiz bin Ahmad; as well as other KEDA officers.
The programme reflects KEDA’s continuous commitment to ensuring that the welfare of KEDA Village residents is consistently upheld, while also supporting the holistic socio-economic development of rural communities.
