KEDA Holdings Sdn Bhd (KHSB) is KEDA’s holding company responsible for managing and coordinating investment activities as well as strategic business operations through its subsidiaries.

KHSB has three (3) subsidiaries, namely:

         1- KEDA Agrobiz Sdn Bhd (KASB)
              Focuses on business activities and the development of the agro sector and related industries.

         2- KEDA Properties and Management Sdn Bhd (KPMSB)
               Responsible for managing the development, property management, and facilities owned by KEDA.

         3- KEDA Resort and Holidays Sdn Bhd (KRHSB)
               Manages tourism, resort, and hospitality activities to generate commercial revenue for KEDA.
